ED 200 - Education as a Profession

This course seeks to involve prospective teachers in the issues of schooling and education and to give them a clear view of the skills and knowledge they will need to be successful professionals. The philosophical foundations and history of American education, governance, finance, and ethical and legal issues are discussed.
