CA 540 - Hospitality Sustainability

This course explores the sustainability challenges faced by managers in the hospitality industry. Topic, include benefits, strategies and foundations of sustainability, as well as specific discussions of sustainability in food, beverage, lodging, and tourism businesses. Within these industries, supply chain, financial accounting, recruitment and labor sourcing sustainability are discussed.
