WFD 530 - Pathways, Models, and Methods in Workforce Development

Credits: 3

An exploration of different workforce development approaches and delivery models with a focus on credentialing, upskilling, reskilling, and other topics necessary to navigate the dynamic landscape of contemporary workforce development. Students will gain perspective on designing curriculum for both academic and non-credit pathways as well as developing instructional methods tailored to the unique demands of workforce development courses and programs.
