ED 538 - Diversity and Inclusion in the Educational Setting

Credits: 3

This course focuses on an understanding of special education and other special populations programs found in public schools. Legal requirements, characteristics of inclusive settings, and effective strategies for implementing and sustaining educational adaptations for students from special populations, including multiple exceptionalities and gifted, will be covered.

Note: This course requires students to conduct related practices in their own school or specified field setting.
