CA 602 - Culinary Hospitality Residency 2

Credits: 6

Prerequisite: This course requires participants to hold a valid ServSafe® or other ANSI accredited food safety manager certification, and to have successfully completed CA 601 Culinary Hospitality Residency 1.

Culinary Hospitality Residency 2 is the second summer residency requirement for the MS in Culinary and Hospitality Education degree program. The course consists of concentrated face to face workshops, culinary lab experiences, and professional development seminars on topics in culinary arts and hospitality. Residency topics may change yearly to meet the dynamic needs of the industry. Due to the food production requirements, this course requires participants to hold a valid ServSafe® or other ANSI accredited food safety manager certification.
