ED 527 - Integrating Reading and Writing Across the CurriculumCredits: 3
This course is designed to help educators extend their knowledge of the relationship between literacy instruction and content study. Emphasis is placed on the reading and study of expository materials across the P-12 curriculum. The essential areas of study include levels of thinking and questioning, writing, textbooks, assessments, factors in learning, and best practices of literacy development.
Note: This course requires students to conduct related practices in their own school or specified setting.
