This course provides graduate students with the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively integrate technology in classrooms to enhance instruction, learning, assessment, and communication skills. Graduate students will learn about technology standards, cross-curricular opportunities for technology integration, and ways to employ technology in a way that fosters diverse learners’ interests and engagement in learning. Emphasis will be placed on applying, evaluating, and planning teacher-centered and student-centered technology lessons and activities as well as legal, ethical, and privacy concerns.
