This course will examine state and federal law governing nonprofit organizations, law governing nonprofit (“tax exempt”) organizations, and important topical matters such as constitutional, ethical, and governance issues of particular relevance to nonprofits. The course will address the practical aspects of representing and advising nonprofit organizations.
