NU 750 - Interprofessional Collaboration in Complex Health Systems

Prerequisite: MSN, Faculty/Chair permission

This course focuses on the knowledge and skills necessary for engaging in inter-disciplinary collaboration in addressing the health challenges in today’s world. Emphasis will be placed on examining the roles of professionals in other health-related disciplines and establishing relationships with those professionals. Students will investigate ways advanced practice nurses can collaborate with professionals from other disciplines in addressing a number of emerging issues in health care at the local, regional, national, and international levels.
