PHL 210 - Philosophy of Human Nature

Credits: 3

This course is a philosophical inquiry into questions and issues surrounding the nature of human existence. Inquiry will include considerations of knowledge, freedom, mind and body, good and evil, and personal identity. Readings will include writings by major philosophers such as Plato, Aristotle, Augustine, Descartes, Hume, Kant, Wollstonecraft, and Beauvoir, among others.
